現役の僧侶が作り、お坊さんが使う食器である応量器でいただく精進料理のコース料理になります。
箱根の中でも最も古い温泉郷のひとつ、宮ノ下でゆっくりと朝ごはんは

A new breakfast restaurant has opened in Miyanoshita, located in the center of Hakone.
It is a vegetarian course meal prepared by active monks and served on tableware used by monks.

その中腹地点である宮ノ下には凡そ450年の歴史がある古い禅寺があります
そのお寺に斜向かいにある古民家を改装し、精進料理の朝御飯が頂ける食堂になりました。
コースは1種類
色々な『縁』で手元に届いた焼物と、お坊さんの食器である『応量器』でゆっくりと朝ごはんをお楽しみください

＊基本的に朝8時からの予約制のみとしておりますが、アレルギーや諸事情で時間をずらしたい場合にはご予約の際備考欄にご記入ください

精進料理で先付というのは珍しいかもしれません
ですが折角の箱根でゆっくりと朝ごはんを頂いてほしい
そういった思いもあって略式ではありますがコース形式とさせていただきました
このお店ではお膳の前に有田焼の器で洋風の精進料理をお出しいたします

Arita-yaki, traditional Japanese tableware, will be served for the first course.

精進朝食膳

代々お寺で勤めをしておりますと、その時代時代のご縁で様々なものをいただく事があります。
それらを1つ1つ大切に預かり『いつか再び出番がくるよ』と蔵で寝かせておりました。
かつて宮ノ下に存在した『瓢箪がモチーフの大旅館』で使われていたお膳に僧侶が使う器に盛られた精進料理をどうぞご賞味ください。

As a temple worker for many generations, I have received many things from the people of the time.
I have kept each of them in my storehouse with the hope that one day they will come back to life again.
Please enjoy the vegetarian dishes served in the dishes used by monks in the "Grand Ryokan with a gourd motif" that existed in Miyanoshita.
